Reserve Bank of India, Shimla, invites sealed applications for Empanelment of Suppliers/Contractors under various categories for Civil, Electrical and other works in its Premises at RBI, Shimla and Holiday Home Shimla. The estimated cost of works being up to ₹5.00 lakhs.

Interested suppliers/contractors may download the application form from the Bank’s website at ‘www.rbi.org.in’ under the link ‘Tenders’ or collect the Application form from the Assistant General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, Main Market, Kasumpti, Shimla 171009, on any working day from May 21, 2025 to July 04, 2026 from 1100 hrs to 1600 hrs.

The applicants must submit the completed application form along with requisite documents in a sealed cover superscribed “Empanelment for 2025-2028 – Estate Department” to the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, Main Market, Kasumpti, Shimla 171009 on or before 1700 hrs of July 04, 2025.

Contractors already empaneled and those whose earlier applications have not been considered favorably are required to submit fresh applications. The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason thereof.
