Part-I of the tender shall contain the Bank's tender document, tenderers covering letter, tenderers additional conditions, if any and be sealed in one cover, super scribing "Part–I Electrical Safety Audit for Main Office Building, Additional Office Building and residential colonies (Atrey Layout Staff Quarters, Amravati Road Staff Quarters, Byramji Town Officers Quarters, Madhuban Apartments and Telankhedi Road Staff Quarters), RBI, Nagpur’. 3. Part-II of tender shall contain no conditions but only tenderers priced bid (Bill of Quantity) and be sealed in a separate cover, super scribing "Part-II Electrical Safety Audit for Main Office Building, Additional Office Building and residential colonies (Atrey Layout Staff Quarters, Amravati Road Staff Quarters, Byramji Town Officers Quarters, Madhuban Apartments and Telankhedi Road Staff Quarters), RBI, Nagpur”. Both these sealed covers shall further be sealed in another envelope addressed by name to The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, Nagpur and the same shall be dropped in the Quotation Box placed at Estate Department not later than 14:00 hours on July 18, 2025. 4. However, Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) are exempted from submission of EMD amount at the time of submission of tender subject to submission of Udyam Registration certificate (Udyog Aadhar Memorandum). However, EMD shall be submitted by these vendors, if the work is awarded to them. This EMD will be returned after completion of audit and submission of final report. EMD of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after award of work to the successful bidder.
